The uniform intensity gives any project the "High End" build look. Package includes: One PAIR (2) 16" Concept LED Strips,12V universal application, 2 year warranty. Sold Separately: The Dual Element Circuit allows the strip to be used as a running light at full power then when the turn signal is activated the strip will flash like a turn signal. The dual element circuit may require soldering but can be installed by any person with basic electrical knowledge.
