Warranty Policy
Clear policies for ordering, fitment, shipping, returns, privacy and product use.
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. This policy explains how Full Send Parts assists with warranty claims and distinguishes a manufacturer warranty from any express written warranty issued directly by FSP.
1. Manufacturer warranties
Many products are covered only by the manufacturer’s written limited warranty. The manufacturer determines coverage, duration, exclusions, required documentation and remedy. Where warranty terms are supplied to FSP, we make them available on the product page, through linked documentation or upon request before purchase.
FSP’s sale of a manufacturer-branded product does not expand the manufacturer warranty or create an additional lifetime, performance or fitment guarantee unless FSP expressly provides a separate written warranty.
2. FSP written warranties
If FSP offers its own written warranty for a product, the product page or warranty document will identify it as a “Full” or “Limited” warranty where required and state duration, coverage, exclusions and claim procedure. General marketing statements such as “quality parts” or “built for performance” are not separate written warranties.
3. Pre-sale warranty availability
For consumer products subject to U.S. federal warranty rules, written warranty terms should be available for review before purchase. Contact us through the Contact page with the product name and manufacturer part number if warranty terms are not displayed and you want to review them before ordering.
4. Starting a claim
Stop using a product if continued operation may cause injury or damage. Submit the order number, product and serial number, vehicle details, installation date and mileage, installer information, description of the issue, diagnostic results, photographs or video, and maintenance records reasonably relevant to the claim. Do not discard or return the product until instructed.
5. Inspection and manufacturer authorization
A claim may require troubleshooting, return inspection, manufacturer review or testing. An RMA is not an admission that a defect exists. The manufacturer may require the product to be returned directly to it. Follow the issued instructions and preserve tracking.
6. Typical exclusions
Subject to the controlling written warranty and non-waivable law, coverage commonly excludes:
- normal wear, routine maintenance, cosmetic changes and consumable components;
- incorrect fitment selection, improper installation, inadequate torque, wiring or calibration;
- misuse, neglect, accident, impact, contamination, overheating, overloading or improper storage;
- racing, competition, off-road or commercial use when excluded by the warrantor;
- unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, tuning or removal of identifying labels;
- use with incompatible parts, fuels, fluids, software or vehicle modifications;
- corrosion, environmental exposure and damage caused by another failed component; and
- labor, diagnostics, tuning, towing, rental vehicle, lodging, lost use and consequential expenses unless the written warranty expressly covers them or law requires coverage.
7. Remedies
The warrantor may repair, replace, provide parts, issue credit or refund the product price as stated in the applicable warranty. Replacement products may be new or functionally equivalent where permitted. FSP cannot promise a remedy on behalf of a manufacturer before authorization.
8. Shipping costs
Responsibility for claim shipping follows the applicable warranty and law. We may request that you initially ship a product for inspection. If a verified covered claim requires FSP to bear that cost, we will provide or reimburse the approved reasonable method. Unauthorized expedited, international or freight charges are not reimbursed unless agreed in writing.
9. Implied warranties and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes an implied warranty, remedy or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. If FSP provides a written limited warranty, any permitted limitation on implied-warranty duration will be stated in that warranty. State law may provide rights beyond this policy.
10. Warranty fraud
Altered serial numbers, fabricated documents, substituted products and materially false claim information can result in denial and legal action. We may retain evidence and share relevant information with the manufacturer, payment provider or authorities where lawful.
