These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern access to the Full Send Parts website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

1. About the store

Full Send Parts (“FSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online automotive-parts store using Shopify. References to the “website” include store pages, product information, account functions, vehicle tools and checkout. Contact FSP through our Contact page.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with security, scrape the store in a manner that burdens its systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse pricing or promotions, or use store content to violate another party’s rights.

3. Product information

We seek to provide accurate titles, descriptions, images, specifications, manufacturer part numbers, inventory and pricing. Much of this information originates with manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice. Images can be representative; packaging, finish and minor design details may vary. Measurements and colors are approximate unless expressly guaranteed.

A typographical, supplier-feed, technical or pricing error does not require us to sell a product at an obviously incorrect price. We may correct information and cancel or decline an affected order, with a refund of amounts captured for the cancelled item.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may review availability, payment authorization, fraud indicators, shipping restrictions, pricing and product eligibility before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, export or emissions restrictions, pricing error, quantity limitations or inability to deliver.

If we cancel after payment is captured, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method. Processing time for the financial institution is outside our control.

5. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, core charges and other applicable amounts are shown or calculated separately where available. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount presented at checkout.

Promotions may have separate eligibility, timing and product restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed.

6. Availability, special orders and backorders

“Available,” “in stock,” distributor quantity and delivery estimates are informational snapshots and may change before allocation. Products can ship from different warehouses or directly from a supplier. Special-order, made-to-order and backordered products may require additional processing and may be non-cancellable once accepted or released to the supplier, as explained before purchase or in the applicable policy.

7. Shipping, returns and warranties

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, and Warranty Policy form part of these Terms. If a product-specific written warranty conflicts with the general Warranty Policy, the product-specific warranty controls for that product.

8. Vehicle fitment and installation

You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate vehicle information and confirming that a product is suitable for the exact year, make, model, generation, trim, engine, drivetrain, emissions configuration and modifications. Search results, titles, compatibility tools and staff guidance depend on available data and are not an unconditional fitment guarantee.

Review our Fitment, Installation & Product-Use Policy before purchasing. Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, FSP is not responsible for installation labor, diagnostic charges, tuning, towing, storage, vehicle downtime or consequential costs arising from an incorrect customer selection, improper installation, misuse or an unverified modification.

9. Emissions, racing and regulated products

You are responsible for obeying federal, state and local laws governing emissions, noise, lighting, vehicle safety, competition use and public-road operation. Products described as racing-only, competition-only, off-road-only or not legal for sale or use in a jurisdiction must not be used unlawfully. We may restrict or cancel shipment to locations where a product cannot lawfully be sold.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for account activity and for keeping login and contact information accurate. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect customers, the website or FSP.

11. Intellectual property

The FSP name, store design, original text, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify compatible or genuine products. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and lawful business interactions with FSP.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant FSP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate content for relevance, abuse, personal information or legal concerns, but will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are unfavorable.

13. Disclaimers

Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free supplier data or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost use, vehicle downtime or loss of data, arising from website use or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, FSP’s aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse or unlawful installation of a product, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the seller of record and the transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us with the order number and a concise description so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using a court or regulator where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

17. General provisions

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. The Terms in effect when an order is submitted generally govern that order.
