Privacy Policy
Clear policies for ordering, fitment, shipping, returns, privacy and product use.
Effective date: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Full Send Parts (“FSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, contact us, use our vehicle or product tools, or purchase automotive products from us. It also describes choices and rights that may be available to you under U.S. privacy laws.
Full Send Parts is the store name used for this website. Shopify provides the commerce platform used to operate the store. This policy applies to information handled by FSP through the store; third parties may apply their own privacy policies to information they process independently.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with FSP, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account credentials, and customer or order number.
- Order and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, vehicle information supplied for fitment assistance, order value, discounts, payment status, shipping method, returns, warranty requests, and communications concerning an order.
- Payment information: payment card and payment-account information is generally collected and processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider. FSP may receive limited payment details such as payment type, authorization status, billing address, and the last digits of a card, but does not ordinarily receive full card numbers.
- Vehicle and fitment information: year, make, model, generation, trim, engine, drivetrain, VIN or partial VIN, modifications, intended use, and other details you voluntarily provide. Do not submit a VIN unless it is necessary for a fitment request.
- Commercial and customer-service information: product preferences, wishlists, abandoned carts, returns, complaints, reviews, warranty claims, and messages sent through our contact form.
- Device and network information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, approximate location derived from IP address, referring URL, and interaction logs.
- Internet activity: pages viewed, searches, products selected, links clicked, session activity, cookie identifiers, advertising interactions, and performance or error data.
- Inferences: likely interests, preferred vehicle platforms, shopping preferences, and fraud or security indicators derived from the information above.
2. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; automatically through cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies; from Shopify and service providers; from payment, shipping, fraud-prevention and customer-support providers; from advertising or analytics partners; and from distributors or manufacturers when needed to fulfill an order, validate product information, or administer a warranty.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- process payments, orders, shipments, returns, refunds and warranty requests;
- provide fitment assistance and remember a vehicle selection;
- communicate about orders, availability, backorders, special orders and customer-service matters;
- personalize products, search results and website content;
- send marketing where permitted and honor opt-out requests;
- measure advertising and website performance;
- detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and other harmful activity;
- comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, product-safety and legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to Shopify; payment processors; distributors and manufacturers; warehouses and shipping carriers; fraud-prevention, security, analytics, advertising, email, hosting and customer-support providers; professional advisers; government authorities where legally required; and a buyer, successor or adviser involved in a financing, merger, restructuring or sale of all or part of the business.
We disclose only information reasonably needed for the relevant service. A distributor, manufacturer or carrier may receive your name, delivery address, contact details and order information when it ships directly to you or supports a claim.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
FSP and its providers use necessary cookies to operate checkout, accounts, security and cart functions. We may also use preference, analytics and advertising technologies to remember settings, understand website use, measure campaigns and present more relevant advertising.
You may control cookies through available store privacy controls and your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent checkout or account features from working. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not uniform; where required, we process recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control in accordance with applicable law and supported platform functionality.
6. U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain states may have rights, subject to legal conditions and exceptions, to request access to personal information; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete information; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
FSP does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, use the store’s privacy controls or submit a request through our Contact page with the subject “Privacy Request.”
We may need to verify your identity and state of residence. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal.”
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, warranty administration, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain transaction records after account deletion when required by law or legitimate business needs.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.
9. Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. External links and third parties
The website may link to manufacturers, financing providers, social networks and other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. FSP is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the store, technology or law. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be highlighted through the website or another appropriate notice.
12. Contact us
Submit privacy questions or requests through the Full Send Parts Contact page. Include “Privacy Request” in your message and do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
