California & U.S. Privacy Choices

Clear policies for ordering, fitment, shipping, returns, privacy and product use.

Effective date: July 25, 2026

This page provides a straightforward way to understand and exercise privacy choices that may be available under California and other U.S. state privacy laws. It supplements the Full Send Parts Privacy Policy.

Available requests

Depending on your state, our legal obligations and applicable exceptions, you may request:

  • confirmation of whether we process your personal information;
  • access to categories or specific pieces of information;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of eligible information;
  • a portable copy of eligible information;
  • opt-out from sale, sharing or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable law;
  • limitation of certain sensitive-information uses; or
  • an appeal of a denied request.

How to submit a request

Use the Contact page and place “Privacy Request” in the subject or first line. State the type of request and your state of residence. Use the email address associated with your account or order when possible. Do not include payment-card information, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification

We may request information reasonably necessary to match you to store records and prevent fraudulent requests. The information used for verification will be used for that purpose and related legal compliance. Some records may be retained despite a deletion request when needed for transactions, warranties, security, tax, accounting, legal claims or other permitted purposes.

Authorized agents

Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request. We may require signed authorization, proof of registration where applicable, and direct identity confirmation from the consumer unless a valid power of attorney applies.

Advertising and browser controls

FSP does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures can be treated as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under state law. Use any privacy or cookie control displayed by the store to adjust non-essential technologies. Where legally required and technically supported, recognized universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control are processed as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.

Appeals and non-discrimination

If we deny an eligible request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
