This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 1998-2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 4Matic 3.2L & 2000-2002 Mercedes-Benz E430 4Matic 4.3L. MagnaFlow 24396 includes (1) Torca Clamp and interchanges with OE parts 210 490 08 47, 210 490 08 47 80, 210 490 19 47, 210 490 19 47 80, 210 490 35 20, 210 490 35 20 80, 210 490 58 19, 210 490 58 19 80.
