Our direct replacement thermostat housing works with all factory and replacement thermostats. New O-rings included with the kit. PROBLEM OVERVIEW COMPLAINT: Coolant leaks around the thermostat housing area, a low coolant level, or the smell of coolant during engine operation or after operation. CAUSE:A cracked thermostat housing will result in a coolant leak, potentially leading to engine overheating and damage. Visual Inspection: Carefully inspect the thermostat housing for cracks or damage. Pressure Test: Perform a coolant system pressure test to ensure the system maintains pressure and observe for leaks at all split lines, including the thermostat housing and coolant crossover manifold. SOLUTION: The Fleece Performance thermostat housing upgrade is a drop-in, direct factory replacement for the weak plastic housing that can become brittle overtime!
